What is the SchoolHeart® mission? SchoolHeart's mission is to provide true social value to the community by helping support nonprofits, public or private elementary and secondary schools. We believe that these nonprofit organizations, schools and the local business community make up the heart of the neighborhood and that our children are America's most valuable resource. By combining them with a simple solution, SchoolHeart® will financially impact these nonprofit organizations, by building a supplemental and perpetual funding source.

What is The hCard® Discount Card Program? Our flagship program, The hCard® is a "show and save" discount card issued by SchoolHeart® and available to all participating schools and nonprofit organizations. The card is purchased by school or organizational supporters and individuals online through the school or organization's FREE website provided by SchoolHeart® and used at participating local, regional and national merchants. Participating merchants, as well as special offers, can be viewed by visiting any SchoolHeart® website and visiting The hCard® Directory.

Is there a cost for the school to enroll? No, the program is absolutely FREE to schools. There are no fees, sign-up costs or membership dues. There are no costs for running a fundraiser with SchoolHeart®, ever.

How does the SchoolHeart® program work? The program is simple and requires negligible man hours from school personnel. The school receives a FREE website from SchoolHeart®. Sponsors from the local community advertise on the website for a fee and the school receives 60% of all gross advertising fees generated.

Who is eligible and what types of schools can participate in the program? At the present time, SchoolHeart® is focusing on elementary schools whether public or private, but any school will be considered.

Are there any additional features? Schools receive an easy to use, personalized fundraising website that is specifically designed for their school. With a few clicks of the mouse the School now has a customized website with school logo, pictures, news and room for other items that can be easily changed whenever needed. In addition, schools have access to a private back office that contains numerous features to help maximize their SchoolHeart® participation in the community.

What are the advantages to the school? The school receives a new source of perpetual funding, visibility for their cause, new access to the business community, FREE promotion, a full time SchoolHeart® Account Supervisor to provide support, enhanced communication with students and parents, and a fundraising source that works perpetually. The administration can continue its routine without interruption or significant time constraints. The school also has the ability to view their account in real-time and print monthly statements.

Does the SchoolHeart® program require a large time or manpower commitment from the school? No, there's no significant time or manpower commitment necessary, although it's in the best interest of the school to make an effort for minimal participation to make their personal SchoolHeart® website all it can be.

Will SchoolHeart provide ongoing support? Yes, SchoolHeart® provides each school with a personal representative we call the Account Supervisor or Area Manager.

What does a school have to do to get started? A school simply registers online for a FREE website. The school will automatically receive a personalized website and you are in business. If you have not been signed up by an Account Supervisor, one in your area will be assigned to you.

These managers earn a portion of the profits for helping America's most precious resource, the children in your school. SchoolHeart® retains less than 14% to run its nationwide program, staff and administration.

Does the SchoolHeart® website restrict any sponsors? Yes, SchoolHeart® reserves the right to reject any sponsor if we determine that the business or site is unsuitable for schools. Our sites adhere to traditional family values. Unsuitable businesses or sites include but are not limited to those that: promote sexually explicit materials, violence, discrimination, illegal activities, otherwise violate intellectual property rights, gambling, or contain in our sole judgment material that is defamatory, fraudulent, or harassing to us, the school or any other party.

Are there any additional benefits? SchoolHeart® will from time to time, offer special products or services that are needed by teachers, parents, or students and the school will also receive the majority of the profits.

What is the SchoolHeart® Sponsor Program? The SchoolHeart® system is designed to give the local business community a new way of advertising to the community that lives and shops in their area. Sponsors work directly with a local Account Supervisor to help maximize the program and choose a level of advertising that fits their needs and budget. Organizational Members have incentives to visit the site on a daily basis. In addition to cost effective and visible advertising on the site, the sponsors receive recognition from a personal display page and special announcements via email and handouts.

Who is a SchoolHeart® Advertising Sponsor? A SchoolHeart® Advertising Sponsor is any merchant, business or individual that advertises on the SchoolHeart® website.

How does the SchoolHeart® Program Work? Nonprofit organizations register for a free SchoolHeart® website. Sponsors can participate as Gold Sponsors on a "first come first serve" basis. Sponsors receive instant information on how to upload their logo, banner or text for their selected sponsorship level. Each sponsor also receives a display page that they can easily customize on a daily basis. This page can be also be used as the sponsor's company webpage if needed. The SchoolHeart local Account Supervisor will help each Sponsor maximize the features SchoolHeart® offers.

What are the Sponsor benefits and features? Sponsors increase positive relationships with the community and receive many benefits beyond normal advertising, online or traditional. With SchoolHeart® sponsors advertise directly to their target market, customers that live in their immediate area. In addition to display advertising on the SchoolHeart® website, sponsors are also given recognition in email updates and a customized display page. Sponsors have the ability to participate and receive recognition in the prizes and giveaways section for the nonprofit members. Sponsors also receive a private virtual back office with many special features to help increase sales and traffic to the sponsor.

Who is an Account Supervisor? An Account Supervisor is a people person that enjoys working with elementary and secondary schools
, as well as nonprofit organizations
. They should have integrity, an energetic attitude and be willing to share the SchoolHeart® concept with nonprofit organizations. As an independent contractor that owns their own business, they should be a self-starter, a good communicator, and have a desire to help others while they earn.

How does the Account Supervisor program work? Account Supervisors register nonprofit organizations and elementary and secondary schools that need to raise additional revenue and provide them with a FREE SchoolHeart® website. They then solicit businesses we call sponsors in the surrounding community to advertise on the SchoolHeart® website. The Account Supervisor makes a percentage from each sponsor they enroll. All transactions and commissions are tracked by our patent-pending system.

Who does the Account Supervisor answer to? All Account Supervisors answer to the Area Manager.

How much does it cost and what do I receive? There is a one time cost of $289, which includes business cards and other promotional materials, a background check, training; a password protected virtual back office and maintenance, forms and applications, real-time tracking and ongoing administrative support. If you are serious, we are serious. A $300 Bonus will be paid to each new Account Supervisor when they sell their first 150 hCards. This will be in addition to normal commissions earned for the sale, so basically you get your money back coming out the gate.

What are the benefits of being an Account Supervisor? You are in business for yourself, but not by yourself. As you earn overrides on every organization you personally enroll, you generate ongoing residual income. The more organizations and sponsors you register, the more income you earn. You set your own schedule, hours and appointments. You are providing a FREE service to a school that needs exactly what you are offering, making it a soft sell. And you can be proud of your livelihood and proud to represent SchoolHeart as you help children while you earn.

What does the Account Supervisor have to do? After submitting the online application, you receive a Login ID and Password. Familiarize yourself with the SchoolHeart® website and your back office. The easy to use registration and tracking tools will help you organize and run your business. SchoolHeart® provides initial and ongoing training as well as effective sales and promotional tools to you optimize your performance. Business cards will arrive separately with your name and contact information. SchoolHeart® conducts training on regular basis. After you go through the training program you'll be ready to share the SchoolHeart® program with schools. You schedule meetings, meet your contacts, make the presentation, register the nonprofits and sponsors, follow-up and repeat the process. After the organization is online you follow up occasionally to keep the relationship open.

What, how and when do I get paid? An Account Supervisor earns commissions from all enrolled sponsors of their registered organizations. Percentages vary according to the sponsor levels and website status. Commissions are paid monthly by check on the fifteenth for the previous months sales. See Compensation Plan

How can an Account Supervisor become an Area Manager? You must live in an area where there is no present Area Manager. Submit your desire to SchoolHeart® Management. Or, if an Area Manager retires or fails to perform to their quotas, Area Manager positions will become available.

Will I be able to track my commissions? Yes, a complete commission history and much more is accessible in the back office.

Do we have to sign an agreement? No, but everyone that becomes an Account Supervisor must agree to and accept the Terms and Conditions during the sign up process. Acceptance of The Terms and Conditions serve as a legal and binding Agreement.

Are all organizations eligible for the SchoolHeart® free website? There are approximately 3 million nonprofit organizations and 120,000 elementary and secondary schools in the U.S. Subject to final approval by SchoolHeart®, all nonprofit organizations are eligible for a FREE SchoolHeart® fundraising website. SchoolHeart® is not responsible for any organizations that do not want to join the program.

What's included in the Account Supervisor's Training? Many aspects of the SchoolHeart® business are explained online, such as how to set an appointment, do a presentation; register the organization, follow-up, and how to enroll sponsors, as well as additional promotional efforts through use of the tools SchoolHeart® provides.

Is the SchoolHeart® program currently available in every state? Yes, we are currently available in all 50 states and Puerto Rico.

Does the Account Supervisor follow up with the organization after registration? Yes. Are there any quotas or minimum number of schools I must sign up? No, there's no minimum for an Account Supervisor, however, there are dozens of prospective schools and nonprofit organizations in your Area that could benefit from the SchoolHeart® program and the Account Supervisor's income will be reflected by how hard they work. Once an Account Supervisor registers an organization, they will have a certain amount of time to help enroll sponsors on that particular organization's website.
